FAQ

Common questions before you order.

What’s your typical turnaround time? Standard turnaround is usually 7–14 business days after final artwork approval and payment. Rush options may be available depending on our schedule and the size of your order.

Do you have order minimums? For screen printing, minimums are usually higher (ideal for bulk orders), while DTF and vinyl options work well for smaller runs or one-offs. Tell us what you’re trying to do and we’ll guide you.

What kind of artwork do you need? Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best. High-resolution PNGs can work too. If you only have a rough logo or screenshot, we can often help clean it up for print-ready quality.

Do you ship, or is it local pickup only? Both. Local pickup is available, and we can ship orders if that’s easier for your team, school, or business.
